It doesn't work while you flashing it in TWRP, you have to flash it inside the EXKM App. But here you go:

Edit: it might work, but you loose Magisk and Kernel is not full functional.

Noticed that on Android 10 & stock kernel I can't change the Bluetooth Audio Codec anymore (which I need to do for applying my equaliser). It's stuck on LDAC and although I can choose AAC it doesn't actually apply the codec anymore like on Pie.

Will I be able to change Bluetooth codec if I flash the EX Kernel (I have the EX Manager app)?

And how does A10 EX Kernel's smoothness compare to stock kernel?

It's faster and snappier. About Bluetooth i can select 8 different codecs in Dev options:good:
Yes I can select them too, but they don't apply :silly: did you try changing them if it actually uses the new one? For me it does nothing when selected and when I go back to developer options it reverted back to LDAC.

Edit: Ah, I found the solution: in Android 10 there's a new Bluetooth option which forces LDAC on my headphone, in the headphone bluetooth settings when you click on the gear.

See this for reference.
Maybe a mod can merge both my posts, I couldn't add a photo when editing my above post. Thanks!

Second time, after installing elemental Kernel, magisk stopped working.
First time I thought it was new Android 10.
Flashed OS 10 again, flashed magisk: All worked well.
Flashed elemental Kernel again : magisk stopped working.
Any ideas?

It (the kernel) probably doesn't auto-apply magisk after flashing, you have to flash magisk again after kernel

yep, already faced that, so I can understand that this version is not fully "official" ...
so imho it is only experimental and not recommended because you need magisk to root but you loose magisk if installing kernel and therefore you loose root...

It's official.

Install in EXKM and it works. Don't install in TWRP

Thanks @flar2, but if we flash it in EXKM we don't have the overclock options since they need to be activated by the Aroma Installer. How can we select the overclock frequencies now? They don't seem to appear while installing via EXKM. That was for me at least the main reason. Or did you removed the overclock frequencies in 6.01 version?
