Anyway, i don't know if that's only me but the installation took about 15 minutes for some reason and still can't see the OC frequencies in EXKM even if i selected them in the aroma installer.
That's a problem with AROMA that happens occasionally, just flash again. It should only take a few seconds.
Will this work on custom 10 ROMsThat's a problem with AROMA that happens occasionally, just flash again. It should only take a few seconds.
Using this kernel for the first time after years of Franco Kernel.
I'm currently running it on Powersave via the EX Manager app
Is there a balanced profile or is that the default?
Are there any instructions posted for what tweaks to make and effects?
FK had a balanced profile that I just left it with that seemed to work well. I'm looking for the same with EX but also willing to learn how to get there manually.
Finally I flashed with Aroma..Best thing to do is leave the default for balanced, no need to change anything.
There is already a update for oos 10, you can download from ex kernel manager.Hey flar2, out of curiosity, are you planning to release ElementalX for OOS 10? I've been using your kernels since the Nexus 7 (2013) and they've ALWAYS been my daily driver. I've had my OP5 since a month after launch, and she's been a trooper, so I haven't needed to upgrade, but I'm thinking about picking up a OP7T. If you're gonna stop at OOS 9 with the 5, that might be my que to pull the trigger on a 7T.
Either way, thank you for supporting the 5/5T for this long!!
Sorry for the ramble. LOVE you're work!! Thank you for everything you do for the community!!
Today i formatted my device, but still can't get OC frequencies to show, I tried to flash the kernel 3 times with aroma. Anyone knows how I can fix this?Tried 2 more times but had no luck sadly, if it can help it gets stuck at 30% (Extract:/tmp/magiskboot) and then jumps directly to (Finished!) after about 15 mins.
Haven't performed a restore of my device in a while, so it could also be some problems by my side.
Use ExKernelManager. You can get it working there..Today i formatted my device, but still can't get OC frequencies to show, I tried to flash the kernel 3 times with aroma. Anyone knows how I can fix this?
I'm already using it, but when I try to change frequencies the maximum shown is 1900mhz for cluster 1 and 2457mhz for cluster 2.
