You have to use the Format Data button in my twrp build as instructed not wipe. Else the partition won't be formatted to f2fs.
Backups are fully functional. But remember if you backup your /data when using ext4 it will restore as ext4 and if you backup when using f2fs it will restore as f2fs file system. So if you restore an old ext4 /data it when using f2fs it will become an ext4 partition again. Just use titanium backup is what I would recommend.

In titanium backup there is batch actions for backing up all apps and restoring all apps.

Yes, I did it already, but i thought about anything other, like makeing .zip file with apps and their data and then restore it using recovery.

PS. is there any possibility to format ext sd to f2fs too via recovery (without using pc)? And will it be later seen by device and twrp?

Right now, the kernel will only work with internal /data as f2fs. Thx

Are you going to compile a f2fs kernel for pac rom also? I just tried with the non f2fs kernel and PAC, but that's not working.

What steps are you performing? I have a tf201 made to think its a tf300 and both PAC and the kernel work better than most tf201 Roms. Or are you trying to run f2fs with PAC?

Yep. Wanted to use f2fs with PAC. It gave a performance boost on my Note 2 (with PAC) also.

If I just had the time I wolud make it myself. All my computers are running debian testing, so compiling is not the problem.

I just switched to ART from the latest PAC rom that kb8 posted and it gave some improvement performance wise. If a PAC geass kernel is made for f2fs I'd love to test it. But I know the Bluetooth isn't working in this kernel as I'm on a prime but he is aware of the issue, but on the plus side I have had no wake lock issues via dalvik. Till the new kernel releases I'm waiting to see what changes he has made. Then I'll worry about a f2fs kernel, he said he had a new build coming sometime in the next couple of days so hopefully we shall see the fruits of his awesome labor.

Ok. I did it For now everything works, except launcher (I had only apex as /data app :/), but Im restoring everything

Edit: Maybe its placebo, but I feel that my tab is a little faster (all aps was restored). Im sure that booting is 2-3 times faster thqn before

Ps. I understand that now I cant boot my tab with non-f2fs kernel, but will there be the problem if i flash cm with its kernel and than (without rebooting) geass with f2fs and than boot?

* Hopefully fixes BT issues (for those that had it)
* Fixes phone crash issue (for those that had it) thx for the tip @hardslog
* Frandom support -> not on by default
* Enable lots of TCP congestion algorithms (you can set in trickster mod) (default: cubic)

If someone using PAC rom can confirm pac version works (or not) that'd be great

Seems BT on tf201 still broken, won't turn on flashed cleared cache and dalvik cache rebooted still no BT turning on. tf201 must have different BT drivers. Other than that will test stability and play with features.

Ok. I have one problem (?): when i was on grimlock i used my 32gb uhs1 sdcard as ext4, now when i tried it was chceckin for errors forever. However 16gb class2/4 (noname) is normally working when formatted as ext4

(And yes i tried to use it as f2fs but as u said it wasnt working )

Hi, I'm just installed the last release of this kernel with the CM11 M4, and I'm getting many problems of system apps closed unexpectly lags, freezes etc, furthermore the pictures, video and music on the MicroSD aren't read by the relatives apps, so I have a doubt, is this kernel supporting my MicroSd that is formatted in NTFS?

Now it is ntfs and is working w/o problems. If u tell me how to get logcat of it i will give you one.
However i need to check if its not minitool issue. I had similar problem on my Play (with ext partition too) when i formatted using minitool but linux's gparted make it works like a charm in rom - as ntfs its not seen by recovery.

PS. There is a bug with your recovery (maybe only for me). In log there is error "E: Storage partition '/data/media/0/TWRP/BACKUPS/xxx' not found. I dont know if it can be a problem (I have backups on sdcard), but think that should tell about it
