I put the throttle now at 71 degree C, 6 higher than stock. in JB kernel it can be increased safely to even 80 degree C. i feel keeping at 71 is suitable.I hope this is not too much to ask, but how hard would reducing voltages for a bit be? I'm asking this since my Note on load heats up to about 75 degrees Celsius with 1400mhz on twitch, and starts to thermal throttle. How about even hanging the throttling temperature? I've seen this in a Note 3 kernel, changing the throttling temperatures manually in Kernel Adiutor, could this be done? Thanks in advance!
do you mean internal or external card? if internal, then should format it as vfat.Hi Forest, I have problems with the camera, I get the memory unmounted, kernel Forest M V1P

I solved after a new wipe cache wipe art the camera works.do you mean internal or external card? if internal, then should format it as vfat.
I do not have that problem with either. Suggest to try if it occur in stock NightOwl kernel or not.
Btw, camera in CM13 does not work well as the one in CM11 now.
CM12 are ready for downloads. :good: Change-log is in the first post. Thanks for your great work! I'm wondering if you will also build one for cm12.1![]()
If you could for the next version, increase the throttle a couple of degrees, to about 75c? But if not, i think i will settle for the voltage control, thanks!I put the throttle now at 71 degree C, 6 higher than stock. in JB kernel it can be increased safely to even 80 degree C. i feel keeping at 71 is suitable.
For voltage control i can open up voltage control interface in later version, then you can modified using Setcpu. For throttle, it should be kept at a safe level, and I do not know how to create interface to change it manually.
Nope.Does OC-CPU also save battery life on marshmallow?
is 1. Forest-M-kernel for NightOwl CM13! compatible with cm14.1 rom?
