Could not find any big diff on power saving.

If I want to switch back to my previous kernel will restoring boot from a nandroid backup work? Or should I reinstall the whole ROM?

Please take time to reply , it will help many users to avoid confusion

Take nandroid of boot partition if you plan on going back to previous kernel.

If you're on the stock ROM, flash the stock zip. Otherwise, use flash AOSP zip.

in the app swipe from right and you will see some settings enable set on boot and the settings will stick....

I am using this kernel form a week..and there is only one problem which i have started facing from last 2-3 days.
when i have enabled d2w, after some time when i unlcok it using d2w it unlocks but touchscreen doesnt works...ihave to reboot it by pressing power button for 9-10 sec. After reboot everything works fine but after some time same problem comes
this problem is not faced on the kernel when d2w is disabled.
Sorry i cant provide log write now as i am not at home now a days. if any one can help me regarding it.
One more question
in trickster mod we can change d2w option to to 3 values.. 0 ,1 and 2
0 is disabled,1 is enabled what does 2 does?

if after rebooting when i face this issue(so as to get my touch working) i get u kmsg nd dmesg, will it do the work, i mean they would be usefull after a reboot?

I've reverted to stock firmware and decided to try 1.06(stock).

Double tap to wake worked great when i was messing with the phone but after I left it alone overnight, the double tap to wake stopped working. actually the entire touch screen stopped working, i had to power it off and back on.

kernel log attached. * i'm on xt1023
