Great thanks for making a kernal and rom for us to enjoy on our GalaTabs3, 8.0. I'm running your rom, and when using Kernal v13.10.28 I am still experiencing black screens when waking up from deep sleep. I haven't run v2 yet, nor have I run any other installation scripts. Any ideas?

Thanks again!

OP updated. Version 13.10.28r4 is posted and available for download. Features are still the same but I fixed a few errors I had in the original upload along with repairing the update script.

Enjoy!
Swap/zRam should still be active. When opening fauxclock (or similar), turn on swap and check to set on boot. That is, if it's not already active.

Hmm having same issue with setCPU drops from 100% charge to 73% in 10 hours so I checked WiFi and it's set to never be on when asleep so must be CPU speed is stuck I also changed governor and no change
HI
Just for you information.

cpu stuck on Min 500mhz or 200mhz, try to set it at 300mhz but come back to 500 or 200mhz
never wakeup from deep sleep and and battery drop from 63% to 10 % overnight without use.

going back to 13-10-11

FYI, I'm working on an update right now. Currently updating my Linux machine so I can implement a few new features to the kernel that was not possible before. I'll update the OP when it's ready.

Thx

Guys, is the overall smoothness performance dependent on Rom itself or the kernel? I know it's overclock ed, and must be faster now, but I can't tell the difference in smoothness. Quite often there are choppy moments in animation. I really hope this gets fixed by a Rom or kernel, not sure which one though :)

What would be even more amazing is aokp or cm Rom, which will definitely be smoother when becomes stable.

Thanks for this kernel still, dev!
