I have to stop this project as I have too much work until next year, and I have to keep up even on weekends, sorry guys 
Keyboard question
There seems to be lots of issues with external keyboards and the 2013 Nexus 7
the update to KitKat seems to have fixed some of the key boards, but not all.
The same thing happens with the Logitech Unifying Dongle and keyboard. I have one and it works on every phone I own except this Nexus 9 (wifi)
Works fine with the 2012 nexus 7
I read somewhere that there was a similar issue with the Nexus 10 which was fixed by a custom kernel.
Do you know if there is any way to get this working on the Nexus 7?
I have asked Asus, and they say it's a software thing, ask Google. Google say its a hardware thing and ask Asus

I used to get this working in the PC industry 15 years ago... Back then it was Microsoft/windows vs every hardware manufacturer.. The easiest way to dodge responsibility - "It's not me, it's them!"
Any chance of you having a look into it??

In TricksterMOD's Specific tab, tap Screen Wake (something similar) and thn you can figure out the rest.
