To be honest, I won't use any throttling adjustments, personally. This thing scares the crap out of me when it heats up. Hasn't happened in a while, but I'm good with moderate tweaking.

Sent from the future...
I don't think the thermals need to be raised either. If the stuff I'm trying now works out, it won't be getting so hot anymore.

The thermals are great on the stock kernel and elementalx. The only downside is the tegra k1 chip gets quite warm, especially when benching the gpu. It's the actual design of the tablet that's causing heat issues. My cooling mod has replaced the stock thermal pad on the tin emi shield with a thicker higher w/Mk thermal pad, which dissipates heat better, however the tin emi shield has very little thermal capacity so it doesn't do a whole lot if your running a long long benchmark... Hm

I am on Stock-Rom with the newest Kernel, but USB-Otg isn´t working. Can it be Kernel releated?
Same OTG Cable and same stick no Problem on my Opo

what settings are working best for everyone? I am running stock rom with elementalx and I get massive lag in clash of clans, chrome, and other apps. nexus 7 seems faster a lot of the time...

AICP is CM based. With other versions of Elemental there were separate releases for CM & AOSP. Could that be why we are having compatibility issues? Really want to use this kernel with AICP.
The ROM devs have disabled SElinux to get the ROMs to build and boot nothing to do with it being CM based. Reasons before on CM11 where due to using CAF kernels.

I'm running close to stock settings. Have you changed anything? What are your max clocks of the CPU and GPU?

CPU Max 2397, GPU Max 852, performance governor with fiops scheduler. I haven't touched any other settings at all
How have you changed the governor? The armoma installer doesn't have a governor selection...

Flar,
Any word on an elementalx governor? I used yours on the nexus 7 and it was awesome.

Ok so heres mine

Code:
[ 0.000000] Tegra13: CPU Speedo ID 1, Soc Speedo ID 0, Gpu Speedo ID 1
[ 0.000000] Tegra13: CPU Process ID 0,Soc Process ID 1,Gpu Process ID 0
[ 0.000000] Tegra13: CPU Speedo value 2500, Soc Speedo value 2217, Gpu Speedo value 2076
[ 0.000000] Tegra Revision: A03 SKU: 0xf CPU Process: 0 Core Process: 1
It's not exactly a pvs bin on this chip, there is a number printed right at the beginning of the kernel log after you boot. It's called speedo. IIRC, higher is better.
sorry for the late reply. how do i get this kernel log? @USBhost

i tried with
adb shell dmesg
but i dont get it right to the second after booting is completed.

i tried also
adb shell cat /proc/kmsg
but i get permission denied....

could anyone help me here? :)
