Silly question?!
I'm using elementalx on my n9, works great...

Is it possible to use the exmanager on my note3 hlte root cm12.1?

Or is the exmanager only for the supported devices?

Nexus 9 LTE variant running stock MOB30M ROM here.

Installing version 4.14 results in a bootloop.

My install steps are:

1. Flash the stock MOB30M boot.img via fastboot.
2. Boot directly into recovery (TWRP 3.0.2-0).
3. Install SuperSU 2.65 stable.
4. Install the ElementalX 4.14 kernel ZIP file.
5. Reboot.

I even flashed the stock system.img and vendor.img to be sure.

One thing I noticed that even the stock Google kernel patched with FED Patcher won't boot.

The only kernel that boots is FIRE-ICE. I'm coming from USBHost's FIRE-ICE kernel, if that matters.

Is there a special step I'm missing? I installed ElementalX 1.18 on my Nexus 6P using the same exact steps and it's working fine there.

EDIT: Figured it out. Erased the data partition in fastboot, then formatted it in TWRP, and the tablet finally booted with ElementalX installed.

I can confirm this works on Remix OS without any problems and bootloops, thanks developer. Installed the elemenalx manager first then rebooted to recovery to install the kernel via custom express installation, I tried doing automatic installation first but don't think it worked.

No, it works perfectly on both variants
Am I installing it wrong? (See my earlier post.)

I'm coming from USBHost's FIRE-ICE kernel, if that matters (it shouldn't, since I'm flashing the stock boot.img first anyway).

Leaving this here for others who have this problem.

Slow charging?
I think the charging behavior @thrutheeyes is trying to report is the same behavior that @iKirby was reporting on Krexus (I'm the maintainer for Krexus). The behavior as briefly as I can describe it is "battery charges normally, but the increase in percentage doesn't appear without reboot".
I couldn't replicate this behavior on stock kernel or any FireICE version. But I finally experienced the behavior first hand when I installed EX 4.14 yesterday.
This issue seems the same as the one that @USBhost reports his next release will include a fix http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=67569436&postcount=2996
If there's anything I can do to log/test/help please let me know.
