Is anyone not getting gmail notifications? The mail is there but i don't get a notification.

Edit: a cache wipe seems to have fixed the problem

I may have overlooked that part of the post. Thanks. However, I still get the freezes that require a reboot to fix. I even flashed a kernel cleaning script and installed yesterday's kernel, but no cigar. I think I will go back to the stock kernel of this ROM.

After flashing I get to the green droid that blinks at you and that's as far as it gets. Droid guy just blinks at ya. I flashed kernel clean script before then cleared cache and davlik after. I'm on straight talk phone and dl'd the one that said cwm. I will try again tomorrow.

Render's Omni kernel is functionally awesome, but breaks OMNI's OpenDelta system.

You can still flash manually, but I was NOT able to flash the patched-nightly.zip because it involves a script that doesn't agree with render's kernel/recovery. (I'll provide a recovery screenshot later)

RenderBroken: [...]Also for it showing as I l9100, I had used a pre-built recovery ramdisk. If anyone builds OMNI from source please PM me.

I will post it here for the ppl who are tracking and update the thread later Christmas day. STweaks is fixed but still settings don't stick. I think something is up with root for CM11 and the i777 that I will have to dig deeper about. I should be able to do so Christmas day since I will have nothing else to do lol. Goodnight guys.
12-24 kernel
im just sharing this link i think this is only the non omni version

Andy blinks for a while. This is on omni? Correct? For me when trying omni andy did blinky for a long time. But did boot up after. How long does it do it for you?

on first and second boot you can expect slower boot but after that it should smooth out

S959G has a different partition layout. You will never get my existing kernels to work. I will look into what is required to get it to work but in the mean time @mr-cook has been supporting the SGH-S959G and may be able to assist.

I have fixed the recovery issues for OMNI. They will be incorporated int eh next build. I may run one off today, Also STweaks has been fixed for both but will currently only work right for OMNI. My CM11 is having an issue with root not working 100%.

New CM11 Build. You will still get an unexpected error but changes will now stick correctly. I will also build for OMNI tonight. Numerous changes/additions that will be in both the CM11 and OMNI kernel. Please check my github:

Changelog

Notable changes:
Touch-boost using an Ondemand type governor
Increased I/O Speeds/throughput
Added 4th step to GPU and ability To modify each step and OC/UV as you see fit

Here is the link:

So this new build 12/26 doesn't work with the S959G phones?
Yes it works on our phone. What he's referring to is the recovery. Go back to that post you quoted and read the post he quoted when he said that.
On an i777 (not the st i777) flashing a new kernel will give them a new recovery. It does not do that on our phone because our recovery is on sperate partition. That's why we have to flash special made (thanks @mr-cook) zip file to change our recovery.
