Throttling also fixed. Minimum of 2 max 4 on big ones and 3 min 4 max. Keeps setting itself

Charging can be over locked as if you want to check. Search a thread i.e Radon Kernel for RN3.
Snapdragon chipset is different but base is same.
It supports 2.1 or 2.4Amp charge support with different charger.
I know it's working as I tried earlier with RN3 with the radon kernel.
Need this port for our Device.
