No. The most recent are the rogue 1.4.3 and tiamat 2.2.0 kernels. They are both at the top of this forum. Not sure how you missed them. And if you don't know what the add-ons are then you don't need them.

OK, but those two kernels you named are not for hc 3.1. if I'm not wrong, they are for hc 3.2 and up, that's why I'm asking if the kernel from this post is the latest one for hc 3.1.
And maybe I need tun.ko and the other patch but I don't know it yet, so that's why I need to know what are they for.

There are several differences between the two. Mostly small tweaks and experimental additions, the biggest being the custom voltage table.
