Hello. I have try last update and it doesnt boot on my mi8 with last oficial lineage. I have instaled the kernel then reboot on recovery (orangefox) then restart.
Any solución? Thank you!!

Hello and thank you for your reply.
I have try to install 4 times with different selections in the options but sometimes it freezes on boot screen and sometimes it sets fastboot mode.
I will try on next update!!

I may be wrong, but I think it's related with device encryption - same as with NGK kernel.

I use OrangeFox and last oficial LineageOs. Does someone knows any way yo solve the problem with the encryption.

With Android 12 and NGK I remove screen lock before I install kernel to avoid the issue of bootloop. After installation screen lock can be activated again.

Basicaclly you need to do a full wipe - system, cache, vendor and data. Then, you need to format data - this option where you need to type "yes" to confirm. After that you flash ROM of your choice, then Gapps, then Magisk and last but not least - DFE. You have to remember to mount Vendor before you flash DFE and make sure you didn't check the "unmount vendor partition" when flashing DFE.
Boot into system with stock kernel. Next step is booting into recovery and flashing the kernel. Wipe cache/dalvik, reboot. That's all.
