Depends on your settings and apps, i found no real difference to cm kernel.

Works great on Latest PAC MAN ROM Dev

Hi Dev,

Just wanted to tell you, your kernel(version 5) works great on latest PAC MAN ROM (2014-08-03) Dev build. Though I am having some GPS issues (though i need to test it more). And would love to have your custom bootscreen in upcoming preview and if possible a small app to control so many features. Love your kernel. Keep up the good work. Just wanted to tell you, your kernel(version 5) works great on latest PAC MAN ROM (2014-08-03) Dev build. Though I am having some GPS issues

Thought its me imagining this, but i face the same issue, gps works fine, but loses signal alot more than normal, suspected probably a rom issue (using aicp), but now that u mention this with pac i clicked on it. Hope nikhil can shed some light on this

MAX freq of core 1 , 2 & 3 doesn't stick... core 0 at 1728Mhz and core 1 , 2 & 3 at 1512Mhz (Auto MP-decision OFF).. when i set max freq to 1728Mhz it will stick for sum time like 2-3 hrs (donno exact time) but after sum time core 1, 2 & 3 does not go beyond 1512Mhz.. facing this issue on V4 trying V5 now...

There are 3 option for you: 1512Mhz, 1728Mhz and 1836Mhz, so you shouldn't change anything.
If you want another maxfreq - you should edit /system/etc/sysmon.cfg file.

Using PAC-ROM(Nightly-2014-08-08) with Lightining Kernel v5 . The call log is not being updated with new calls.
