Gives error on existenz v3 :)
Yes this is known and reported a few posts back.
It's probably not possible to unpack stock boot.img ramdisk with the in anykernel included tools so dev will make another version as boot.img so it'll overwrite the stock boot.img while flashing.

also getting error executing updater binary in zip lighting kernel.

On existenz V3. I have Xperia ZL!

Thanks for your work!!!!
Doesnt ZL and Z have different kernels? Cuz this is Z forum and you might screw your device to the moon and back if you're cross-flashing kernels.
So check that out first!

ok guys reuploaded version 1 with auto smp, intelliplug and boot.img version
installation instructions
first install the boot img version then install the normal version 1 both from recovery
Works like a charm! It feels just as fast as CM version and gpu uv work's as it should now (using auto-smp, didn't test intelli-plug yet).
But it still doesn't support init.d, could you kindly consider including init.d in a next release? :)

BTW just found out that flashing a multirom installer is causing a problem.
When flash from philz recovery I get error status 7, but when I flash from xzdualrecovery it says something about a problem while injection boot.img, after that device won't boot at all and fastbooting this kernel give the same results at that moment.
Only fastbooting hodorkernel, and from recovery flashing this one again will make device boot again.

I unpacked both hodorkernel and this kernel but I get extremely different results. When unpack hodorkernel, there are a lot of directories but this kernel looks almost like when unpacking a CM kernel. Maybe that's why it gives that error on flashing multirom installer?

Could you please take a look at that and maybe include multirom in it? Cuz now the kernel is kexec enabled, but u can't use the kexec because of multirom can't be installed, Im sure this kernel will work as secondary kernel in multirom, but stock roms are nog yet supported as secondary so the only option is to have it primary.

(long story but I don't know how to explain this otherwise :p)

But if u flash hodorkernel first, reboot recovery, then flash the boot.img.zip and then the intelli-plug or auto-smp? Then it will work

Clear installation description

I really miss clear installation description. I am not sure what is must to install and what is this or this

Can anybody summarize it?
1) boot.img - this is clear
2) auto OR intelli
OR
2) OR 3) Overclock xxx - this is a must or is it voluntary flash file?

It would be good to have summarized everything on OP.
(and it really have nothing to do I've just soft brick my phone probably due to wrong order or missing overclock files) I have to reflash stock kernel in the afternoon.... my learning is not to flash anything out of home....

Or make sure adb minimal package and s1 fastboot USB drivers is on your external SD. That way u can repair ur phone from any pc :D

Instructions are to flash the boot.img.zip (it is a flashable zip) and then immediately flash the auto-smp zip OR intelli-plug zip.
If u want overclock, u flash overclock also.
Nothing fancy here.

BTW it might happen that phone only get black screen, then u probably flashed this on top of stock kernel. (although that should work, but didn't work for me either)
To prevent / fix this, flash first hodorkernel.
Reboot recovery.
Flash boot.img.zip.
Flash auto-smp/intelli-plug.

Thanks a lot ..... this is I think what is missing in OP. Would be great if @nikhil18 can take over this description and post it there.

I have the issue you described - after flashing boot.img + (I flashed both Intelli + auto - it guess it should not matter and there should remain only last flash, old will be override), I didn't flash overclock. But flashing of hodorkernel is what I missed. :good:
Thanks for a great hint, I will fix it later... regarding external fastboot, unfortunatelly not possible on my company laptop due to missing access (admin) rights. I have to always wait for home.

Yes but flashing hodorkernel isn't a instruction for installing this kernel, it's only a little share of how I'd get managed to get this working :p
Also, when i used intelli-plug on CM version lightning, i had random reboots and boot issues, so my suggestion is to only use auto-smp.
So if ur home all u have to do is:
Fastboot flash hodorkernel img
Reboot recovery
Flash lightning boot.img.zip
Flash auto-smp (or intelli-plug if u want to)
Reboot and enjoy
