[KERNEL]Lightning kernel for stock roms

GUYS PLEASE HELP ME FAST !!!
I unlocked my bootloader.Restored my backup of existenz 3.50, flashed the verison 1 boot.img then the normal version, then the 1826mhz overclock. All this in TWRP. Then wiped cache and dalvik cache. Rebooted to system. So far, so good, it started the "upgrading android" which is normal after cache wipe and then THE SCREEN GOT BLACK !
Cant turn it on. Plug the usb in the laptop- only sound. Tried to turn the phone off and on again- i cant do it. Tried with the off button under the sim and microsd card cap- does nothing. Tried entering in fastboot- not working. Only red LED light when i plug the cable. Tried the power and volume up/down for 20 seconds- nothing !
Guys, please help me, please !
The phone is completely dead or it is on but not responding !
Little update:
I holded the off button for over 20 seconds. Same thing- black screen but now when i connect the usb, the light does not go on and there is no sound.
Fastboot is not working.
Seems dead.
I beg you to help me !
Screw it guys. Fixed it. It was on but completely locked up. Had to open it up and detach the battery connector.
I am willing to try the kernel again, but without the overclock option.

Existenz rom has stock kernel so it is possible to use this lighting kernel.
Guys, after fixing it from the hard brick or whatever it was, I still want to use this kernel.
So, how to flash it without bricking it again ?
I am on existenz 3.50. I restored my backup because i wanted to sell it and it was with fresh installed version.
Then got to TWRP and flashed the kernel according to the guide (i didnt wipe caches). First the boot.img and then the regular version, and then the 1836mhz oc zip because i wanted a little boost, and then wiped the cache and dalvik cache.
Rebooted the phone and it started "upgrading android" like always after wiping cache.
And then the screen got black. I fixed it by reattaching the battery and flashed the stock kernel from the backup. It works now, but as i said- i want lightning kernel.
So how do i do it ?
Flash the kernel, then flash a fresh rom, then the kernel again or ?

Best governor is interactive and scheduler is sio/fiops.
Clock speed depends on hiw you use the device.
