[KERNEL LP/MIUI] Amateratsu kernel V2

For me v3 in miui add nothing , there is only the name "amateratsu" but all thing are the same that in the stock kernel ..

Alex,please make a kernel vor KitKat ( Ivans AOSP or cm11 )

All new kernel boot but the camera will not operate. the rest goes.

it's wrote in the the first post "Add Kexec-Hardboot".
but i havent a mi4 so can't check if work on mi4
