So been running mad kernel for few days now. On Pixel Experience Rom. I haven't noticed much difference in battery performance from stock kernel.
But last night I plugged phone in went to bed and woke up this morning and I had the screen to tell me battery is too low Please charge? So I unplugged it and re-plugged it back in. And it charged. I am using kernel auditor with it. Is that the standard? Cheers
nope, may be some crap app went rogue

humm what is bbs?mean and what is ss?/???
"Bb" is better battery stats. You can download it for free from xda.

"Ss" stands for screenshots. He requires you to take them when you grant bbs root access and let it run for a day for example.

You'll see something like that:

I am not able to change the volume on AOSiP ROM with this kernel. The volume buttons don't change the volume, but it visually changes on the pop-up.

While in the sound settings, the volume bar is stuck.

EDIT: Nevermind. It's working fine after a reboot. Strange.

Let the kernel settle for a cycle or 2, these are my personal settings, they do lean a bit towards battery, but there is little if any performance loss. And remember everyone uses their device different, so what might work for some might not work for others. But I think it's a good balanced profile.

If you want straight performance you are welcome to tweak to your liking but battery will suffer, I consistently get great sot and idle with this profile.
