Well don't know what it was but I reflash aosp rom I was using and it workFor me USB OTG works fine on CM13. I guess that AOSP doesn't have any native storage support for USB OTG. Maybe try Stick Mount or Nexus Media Importer.
Why should he stopping the development?This kernel is perfect but is neo stopping development on this kernel?
