how can i change permission? Im trying Matr1x with ThinkingBridge and i cant change my governor.

Root explorer's can change permissions.. You can also try your recovery, it should have a "fix permissions" ability.. There are apps that can do it and terminal emulator has a script you can type in..

Just like @leap_ahead suggested, fix permission in TWRP for me. It will show all governors.

I believe it does "technically" but is missing or has limited compatibility to all functions...

It was released for 4.1.2, there have been several updates and functions like selinux that "could" result in issues or loss of functionality dealing with these changes.. I haven't used it beyond 4.2.2, so I can't be certain as to the extent.. Just an observation, try it out and see if any problems arise..
