you can but shouldn't flash a kernel over another kernel. You dont have to flash the whole rom but instead you can flash boot.img found in the zip of rom itself. Later flash magisk or/and kernel.

Change both and try.
Recalibrate your battery too.

You're right, my cellphone charger has been damaged and the battery socket has been destroyed.

Now im using los-16 official with clarity kernel, because fk is not update.

And wut is regular rom, i.e?

It's treble and yes you can flash it on havoc but I mostly recommend englezos or Ethereal kernel on havoc

@francisco - I installed and bought your Kernel manager and attempted to install the latest kernel but it did not work. I even tried to install it manually from TWRP but it resulted in an error since I am running MSM X-tended Q.

So my question is will you be creating a Mido update of your Kernel for Android Q or should I just request refund from the purchase of the kernel manager?

I believe that this kernel is for 7.1.2 to 9.0 only and the last update was september so maybe half dead forum?
