You can flash the boot.img file of your rom (which can be found by extracting the rom zip).
Already tried reflash ROM boot.img, then flash EB Kernel., SELinux to Permissive.
try turning off/on input boost while changing the frequencyHi everyone !
Need some advice.
I upgraded on PIE LoS from Nougat RR with clean install. I am using this kernel since ever with ex kernel manager and never had an issue. Now I notice that no matter witch governor I choose Max + Min CPU Frequency always stay same... Is this pie issue through Battery saver and Performance or am i doing something wrong?

Every governor has some preset set points by the developer . In my case if I change governor I see no changes on CPU FREQUENCY...
Almost all the kernels set min freq to 652 and max to 2016 (non oc) for all the governers. Some set the max to 1804 for saving more battery. That's it, rest depends on the behavior of the governor, like performance locks the freq at 2016 mhz (that is why not tunable).Every governor has some preset set points by the developer . You suggest to manually change the settings that I want and use the "apply on boot" button (on-off). The problem is that I don't know which is the preset CPU FREQUENCY for each governor...
