Ok so, i'm a gigantic idiot and flashed this kernel with locked bootloader.
Now i only can boot into fastboot but can't flash a kernel/boot image because it's locked.
Any ideas how i could restore my twrp-backup/original kernel without unlocking the bootloader?

May be a long shot but you can try this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/general/recovery-root-mm-575-291-lb-t3435214

Follow the parts of the guide here to flash the .291 firmware kernel to your device with flashtool.

Then you will have the stock kernel and the phone will boot again with your Locked Bootloader.

Then if you want to restore back up you should be able to use the rest of the guide to get recovery and just use it to restore your backup.

Simple as that.
Don't mess around with other fixes if they seem far fetched. Just try this and if that does not work then use flashtool to flash an entire stock ftf and start from scratch.

After reading what most developers say about QC 2.0 hack, I would not ask for it, and of course I will never use it. If the battery does not charge while using it, there must be a problem with your charger or wire.

Does anyone care to share their settings for getting the most out of this kernel?

I mean I've looked through the thread and all the things people have shared are taken down for some reason. I'm using Kernel Adiutor but I wouldn't mind using something else to import the settings either.

Thanks.
Here are my settings. I've read quite a few things to find a balanced but power saving oriented setting. I don't play games, but performance is very good everywhere and I have no lags or problems with reboot or so.
Please don't ask me what every setting does cause I dont remember, lol. I've just read about it searching xda and other sites.
Cpu freq 300-2457 MHz
Governor: elementalX
Governor options:
input_evet_timeout 0
input_event_min_freq 0,0,0,0
sampling_rate 10000
sync_freq 1190400
up_threshold 90
gboost 0
down_differential 3
sampling_rate_min 10000
up_threshold_any_cpu_load 90
sampling_down_factor 1
up_threshold_multi_core 95
ignore_nice_load 0
optimal_freq 1497600
ui_sampling_rate 15000
two_phase_freq 1728000 1728000 1728000 1728000
CPU boost options All disabled, values 0
mpdecision disabled
hotplugging thunderplug (I've read that is better to disable mpdecision before boot, editing etc/set_governor and deleting "start mpdecision")
Hotplug options:
sampling rate 200
cpus_boosted 1
suspend_cpus 1
hotplug enabled 1
min_core_online 1
hotplug_suspend 0
boost lock duration 500
load threshold 95
max core online 4
ZRAM disabled

Everything else is stock.

Hi

Some idea of how to leave the Gpu in 578 Mhz always returns to 657Mhz is the only problem that has this kernel if it was not in 657Mhz would not have so much thermal rise.

I haven't got any overheat issue with this kernel, and I wouldn't think that a little oc on gpu can cause that. Anyway, maybe you should try a different app for set it. I use ex kernel manager.

The mobile only has that problem when playing, with camera music applications etc does not heat exesively could even say that it does not reach nor to heat use the application kernel adiutor I have low and stable voltage (-55mV) the kernel only without adjustments is A toaster.
Repose:
Cpu temperature 43°C
Gpu temperature 41°C
Battery Temperature 22°C

Normal Use: music camara data mobile youtube gps etc ..
CPU temperature 55°C
Gpu temperature 51°C
Battery Temperature 25.2°C

Games - MobiusFF. Real Racing 3 Samorots3
Cpu temperature 63°C
Gpu temperature 61°C
Battery Temperature 25.1°C

Mm I don't play heavy games so I can't compare. Also, here is a cold winter so maybe that's why my cpu never reaches 60. Try ex kernel manager and compare, I can only confirm that the gpu will stay in your chosen max frequency
