It`s the same Magisk module ,not?¿?
I tested @rambo90 module and works perfectly (franco kernel r5 and april update)
My module adds files provided by OP AND sets selinux permissive so you don't need anything more. (camera lag fix, permissive script)
Seems a Magisk problem...
Do other modules give the same installation error? If yes try reinstalling Magisk.
Magisk module produces bootloop on the leaked stock rom. Don't install it.
True. Probably patched services.jar is not compatible with 8.1 and causes bootloop.

I am out of home and I can't remember exact directory but, look for comparesignatures method on smali folder (smali/com/android/server if I remember correctly) and replace all method which is on patched sevices.jar.@pocaropa

I have open this thread for sharing this kernel-mod. Now FM radio is possible on stock rom out of the box; no need for third party apps and you will be able to control volume, store freqs, record...
UPDATE: if you want to keep stock kernel and only enable FM radio on stock 8.0, you can install as a magisk module thanks to @sipollo: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76303444&postcount=21

What this mod will do?
This mod will enable FM radio app currently on stock Rom V9.5.9.0.ODHMIFA and 9.5.10.0.ODHMIFA (Android O) . Do not attempt to install on other version. I will try to maintain thread updated with future stock rom updates.
How is achieved, what this mod will modify?
This mod will install a :
-Franco kernel r1 compiled as selinux permissive so you will not longer need selinux mode changer nor MiA1 camera delay fix Magisk modules
-FM radio app from lineage 15.1
-Compare signatures method patched on services.jar (needed in order to install app on system)
What need before install
-Unlock bootloader
-TWRP oreo installed
How to install?(quite simple)
-Make a full backup just in case
-Flash magisk if not previosly flashed
-Flash Enable_FM_radio-tissot_stock_Vxxx.zip via recovery, no wipes
-Enjoy FM radio on your android one

No problem, I see créditos. But be aware that It needs selinux set to permissive with a kernel or magisk module.
