Last question :)

in description, there is:
Version Information
Status: Stable
Current Stable Version: AK.M2.MAKO
Stable Release Date: 2015-10-26

but I am able to download AK.M1.AOSP only. Is it just name mismatch?

Thanks
I gave the link literally just a few posts above.

I am experiencing random reboots on M2.

* Using Chroma 6.0.1.
* Kernel flashed over ROM stock kernel.
* Settings on default except i/o sched changed to bfq.
* No UV.
* Hasn't happened on any other kernels.

last_kmsg and dmesg attached.

Code:
[ 157.281031] L1 / TLB Error detected on CPU 0!
[ 157.281062] CESR = 0x00000001
[ 157.281153] CPU speed = 1944000
[ 157.281214] MIDR = 0x510f06f2
[ 157.281245] D-cache tag parity error
[ 157.281336] D-side CESYNR = 0x00004e44
[ 157.281397] Kernel panic - not syncing: L1 cache error detected
[ 157.514848] wcnss_8960: crash shutdown : 0

In the light of the random reboots I've decided to move away from M2. Can anybody tell if M1 is stable or should I be looking elsewhere? Which would be a shame, because AK is one the few remaining kernels, if not the only, that retains mpdecision.

I've attached one more last_kmsg.

Try Taurus kernel or Quanta. They're both absolutely great, completely stable and the devs are having a bit more free time to answer your questions and help you when you need it. Taurus has an incredible dev, active and a very cool personal overall, and he keeps updating his kernel regularly. Plus is the most complex custom kernel for our device at the moment. Give it a spin and see for yourself. I suggest you flash it clean, otherwise you risk getting problems and then blame the kernel or the dev, like we've seen so many times (generally speaking).

I was using Taurus for a long time before, it lagged too much for my taste despite trying different configs. Am trying Quanta now after a long time, but the absence of ondemand cpu governor is not ideal as it deviates from stock config too much. I'll let it run and settle a bit before making up my mind, but I still feel that AK would be the best choice as it retains all stock options with useful additions.

Kind of expected behaviour, overclocking to almost 2 GHz.

I didn't overclock anything. I checked Kernel Adiutor several times to review the config and it was always at 1.5 GHz maximum. I would never OC and/or UV, then come reporting random reboots, I know better than that. As I said, I was using default settings with the exception of bfq as the scheduler.

That's odd. I can only assume that the kernel doesn't work the same way on every Nexus 4, which is definitely strange. Why? Because for me, Taurus has been the best kernel I've ever tried since I got the phone. I use it in combination with "The Nexus Project" ROM which has "cache scrolling improvements", as the features list suggests, and that's noticeably smoother than the other ROMs that don't have this, therefore the experience is one absolutely great. The kernel also has "ondemand" borrowed from stratosk's kernel and "hellsactive" from Hellsgod. These are the best governors of Taurus, with "hellsactive" in the first place and "ondemand" in the second position, IMO. I use everything stock, with only the colors set to a profile with more saturated colors, but that's all. It gives me pretty much the same performance as "Quanta" but it's got more features to choose from and that's something that makes it more complex and complete compared to Quanta or other custom kernels.
Perhaps the main reason some users experience lag is related to the kernel+ROM combination. That's the most plausible thing I can think of.

M2 for CM Marshmallow??

There's no kernel in the CM folder at hubdroid. Where's it? I can't find it. I also tried to install through AK kernel updater app but it says no kernel for CM 6.0.

Is possible to add wheatley and nightmare governors?

Wheatley was popular for a little while and was supposed to have better battery saving capabilities, but seemed to fall out of favor quickly as OnDemand was better refined.
It seems that no matter what you are looking for Interactive, OnDemand, Intellidemand and Conservative can do it with the proper settings.

Ak is seriously outdated, my friend. And I'm pretty that Aldy won't update it anymore.
There are other kernels that are being constantly updated, one more than the other:
1. There is "Hellscore kernel", which is updated from time to time by Hellsgod.
http://hc-kernel.blogspot.ro/2016/03/n4-b88-m-cm.html
2. And then there is Quanta kernel which is constantly being updated by its dev, zaclimon, and it's very nice and stable.

Both are awesome and the best for our Nexus 4, at the moment.
If you want to try them both, you can't just flash one on top of the other cause you screw up everything. If you decide to do it, follow the instructions from the link below: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=65936890&postcount=11535

Thank you, I'm using the Quanta kernel yet, I have used Hell's core before but the latest build is released on december. Quanta doesn't have the lower 192 frequency and the ondemand governor...
