Cant anyone check how much ram left. I mean the nexus 4 has to share about 200mb of ram for the GPU, so there's 1800mb left

The stock kernel seems quite strange in terms of CPU usage. It seems to sit around 1ghz all the time, in fact Set CPU has stocks min freq set to 1ghz. Is this normal for the Snapdragon? Seems too high?
