One thing I've noticed is that boot animation is slower.

Hello
With the latest experimental builds I'm not getting any voltage control. Is it supposed to be like this or am I doing something wrong? Using kernel auditor here. I get voltage control with vision 0.50 though.
bootanimation is slower: yes because the GPU bootup step is reducedOne thing I've noticed is that boot animation is slower.

i use it out of box. have not enough time to try different settings.Great job, thanksAny tips for "best" settings for good balanced performance/battery?
Please read the first 3 posts. How to change maximum cpu frequency? I've tried Pac Performance, Ktweaker, Kernel Auditor without success. And make support for Synapse please![]()
No. You have ony to install fauxclock (paid Version) and start it. Now you accept the superuser permissions and hardclose fauxclock after this. If you now start the app everything is working. View attachment 3379214
use search function before get panic.Yes? Faux Clock isnt supported.
there must be something wrong with your setup. is working for me and others, too.Hard close? I think you mean force close. Well this is what I did..
Install Faux > Open and accept SuperSu > Gone to app info and force close > open it again = doesnt work.. what am I doing wrong?
you can try it. but make a backup before. Can this be used for N910T too?
Is anyone doing so?
Thanks!
was it a clean system install without any kernel before? i know some other kernel uses boot scripts that can cause this. have you cleaned your bootup settings from the app you use for set the kernel features? if yes, please ask the dev from the rom if he follows cm source and ramdisk.Just tried with latest SlimLp and bootlooped.
Going to try with CMremix when I get a chance
Thanks!
The only boot script I know of is in my init.d folder. I have selinuxrelabel, userinit, banner, and LSpeed but I don't think they are the causes.was it a clean system install without any kernel before? i know some other kernel uses boot scripts that can cause this. have you cleaned your bootup settings from the app you use for set the kernel features? if yes, please ask the dev from the rom if he follows cm source and ramdisk.
Tried the oc version, if i 'set on boot' with faux clock, the phone shuts down and vibrates(like a soft-brick), i believe something is changing the max frequency in the faux clock app to 268 mhz, when the app runs for the first time after a reboot, tried on 2 phones..., Help___
BTW: New stable versions(oc and non oc) are uploaded. based on the rebased source from last experimental. Happy downloading![]()
thanks, found it. you're right. my mistakeTried the oc version, if i 'set on boot' with faux clock, the phone shuts down and vibrates(like a soft-brick), i believe something is changing the max frequency in the faux clock app to 268 mhz, when the app runs for the first time after a reboot, tried on 2 phones..., Help
