Thanks very for the advice a Fox Recovery. The fox is working. I flashing Dr.Ketan Rom, flashing nethunter, flashing kernel, flashing magisk and reboot. There are no nethunter applications. Looks like the same problem as: nighty.
I looked at the installation log. Unfortunately, screenshots from OrangeFox are not saved.
Firstly:
When installing nethunter:
Freeing up some space on /system
-Warning: Could not get free space, continuing anyway!

Secondly:
installing busybox
/system/xbin/busybox not found! Symlinking

Do I understand correctly: is it necessary to install a busybox or is it necessary to install some other software?
- I reflash nethunter three times. And at the end of the installation, I got a "Congratulations Nethunter installed." The system reboot displays the following message: OS not installed! Are you sure that you will later reboot?

its very strange problem you are facing.. try to download nethunter stores and install the apps manually from here

Because now you use lineage!!
and install the apps manually [/URL]
Thanks guys! Your advice helped. I reflash stock samsung firmware. Got a root. Flash Dr. Ketan. Got a root. Flash nethunter. Flash kernel. Flash magisk. Installed apps from archive manually. Everything worked perfectly!

p.s. I tried to flash it with LineageOS - it does not work. It’s a pity since the potential of a nethunter with Lineage is much more interesting than with stock firmware.

Hi friend. In this thread, already written several times that you need to install all applications manualy from the folder (applications) from the archive. Or download them from the official site (but it's easier to install from the archive).

Honestly I don't own a Note9 but if it works on other OneUI based ROMs should work even on mine
I've tried installing this on all possible firmwares. Does not work anywhere except for Dr.Ketan. Cyclic reboot.

and:
I ran into another problem. it is impossible to update packages and dependencies to install the wifi adapter drivers.

Kernel

I have a ROM from Dr. Ketan. I went into TWRP and flashed the Kali NH kernel. As a result, the phone is in bootloop. It often restarts and does not allow you to enter the system. Who had this, can you help?

I also have. I'm running a Nethunter firmware and the phone goes into bootloop (reboot cycle). About installing Dr. Ketan, most likely YOU did not delete data, cache, system. Try flashing to the stock firmware and installing the latest firmware. This will download the vendor and bootloader you need. Then install TWRP and flash Dr.Ketan. Good?
