Qualcommas stock logic is that the frequency limitation only applies to big cores. They think little cores should not be controlled. 960 is the limitation.

1. use flash governor. InteractiveX is almost same as interactive just except for screen off frequency. Flash also has that.

Flash actually is interactive, but applies patch from CAF MSM8996 branch, MSM8998 branch and others.

Actually almost every third-party governor is interactive, they just rename it and show off.

r3 is there. Besides work on cpusets and rcu, I also catched up with Linux 3.10.107, latest CAF tag and wlan driver, also aligned with LOS kernel base. I aimed at improving battery life this time, hope it will make a difference. I also picked something from AOSPA and Motorola. Enjoy it.

Holy **** charging is the main point in this kernel i keep coming back. My battery charges lightning fast with this kernel, and it's not like.. After 3-4 days it charges slowly, it's still same. Loving the r3 <3 please keep updating your kernel
