@Noxxxious afa i can tell, yours is the only kernel which doesnt have media.codec bug. I dont know why but others give me media.codec bug. Tried on different roms so...

I've spent them a mail, lets hope they released it soon! You could release it now as 17.1 until the sources come out, it's more likely they release the S10 before the source

Mmm had to go back to R17, after flashing R18 and Magisk i get stuck with phone asking for root rights on each root app, that screen just remains until i cancel app. Went back to R17 and all fin be again, not sure what the issue could be.

Running magisk 17.3 with no issues. Use magisk uninstaller first, you will lose all previous permissions ofcourse.

Is the gpu underclock gone on purpose too?
And the SD card scheduler back to cfq instead of noop. I didn't want to question it but it might be worth it now before you re-upload

I/O scheduler should be CFQ by default and the min gpu of 112 Mhz is gone indeed. Seemed rather useless.
