[KERNEL] [Oct 2] ElementalX Z 3.02 (Stock 8.0.0)

Replicated the bug a few times now where big cluster Cpu frequency is never restored to full speed after going below 15% battery and being charged up to full level again.
Happens on Lineage with only the EX kernel manager power saving function active (disabled Lineage own power save to exclude that). Added a bunch of logs.

I'll try a run with going below 15% battery with both Lineage and EX kernel manager power save modes disabled. If EX kernel manager still shows a lower frequency on big cluster (without ever going back to full speed) I don't know what causes it

Frequency remains unchanged without the manager power saving mode. So something with Lineage and manager causes the problem.

Probably best to flash stock kernel first, I don't know if Turbo makes ramdisk changes.

with los kernel i boot up succesfully but wifi and camera stop working on the other hand with stock elemental could not boot at all...

Would bumping the kernel version up a few notches like VisionZ kernel be good for stability or is that not worth the time and effort?
