Sorry I'm going to ask this after you have given the explanation, but can't you just place a "donation key" app on PlayStore as a convenient way for people to give you money?
So the actual Boeffla Config app people have to download from your website (=no bull****), but the licence they purchase from play store (=easy, convenient, transparent, permanent, accessible).

I can, it was that way in the past. But I will not do it as I want to be 100% independent from Google.
There are 3 donation apps in the play store, but we never know when Google removes them for unknown reasons (they do not tell you when you ask, instead they even piss you off with the answer). Then all people would lose their licenses.

The way it is now, with a key/passcode combination makes it completely secure.
And I prefer this way now.

today is big "ZaneZam" day for the OnePlus 2 kernel.
Finally I merged his work of the past weeks in, which will now proudly give you the very first version of the zzmoove governor, which is famous on other phones like the Galaxy S3, S5, OnePlus One etc.

Basically all additions to that kernel version are done by @zanezan, so please click Thanks on his posts as well

And besides the possible troubles that Google might invent it, he still has to pay a *huge* commission to Google. Don't take me wrong, I would also prefer to have that on Google play for convenience, but I really don't think Lord has enough incentives to go back to Google play.

No, they fooled me once which caused a big user ****storm 2 years ago.

I am done with Google since then. And there is no way back for me.

finally i'm feeling well again by being able to select it in boeffla config app! i just f... need that !!
(yeah i will visit a "specialist" soon *g*)

i hope some of u can enjoy it like on other devices. and for those who already know zzmoove
and are missing things stay tuned this was just the first step! adjustments and more features
from existing snapdragon version will come in upcoming versions.

TWRP can also work with automatic installation script, so the Boeffla config app could boot to recovery and install new kernel for you.

This is all already possible now.

Load&Flash in action menu. More than 3 years in the app already.

And to get a notification when a new version is available requires donation version.

And you have extremely advanced batch scripting together with TWRP. It is also in the action menu (donation as well). Seems you were never in

I know about 50% of the people have never used the action menu.

Conservative brings one of my favorite governors to one of my favorite devices, so big thanks to @ZaneZam and @Lord Boeffla!!

I'm really excited how a conservative gov/touchboost combo will work out. I'm imagining that to bring great battery life while watching YoutTube and stuff while still having a smooth UI whenever the screen is interacted with.

beside of that if u want to know what i use: atm. zzmoove with standrard tuneables + fiops scheduler, rest on stock settings

I'm currently trying zzmoove. Man, I'm so not used to those tunables... I'm a little lazy, can anyone point me to some little explanational stuff? Would appreciate it a lot

I'm having cfq @128kb, zzmoove on both clusters, A57 @633 min and 4-4 hotplugging, A53 @1.2 GHz and A57 @633MHz touchboost, 120ms. BCL is on, thermal file is basically Nexus 6P (copy and paste from kernel source, does thermal hotplugging)

I will report back on how that's doing, so far so smooth.

If anybody has suggestions.... feel free :laugh:

I Think I've found a bug that I've noticed since the 1.0 stable now into the 1.0 beta 13

The bug appears to be related to bluetooth. I have noticed that whenever getting into my car when my phone connects automatically to bluetooth that at times the phone will lock up and after about a minute reboot itself. It doesn't happen everytime, i would say it more like every other time that this crash and reboot seems to happen. It seems to be completely related to bluetooth as if I turn it off it never happens and when its on it ONLY happens when connecting to a bluetooth device. Whether its my car or my bose speaker.
