I would love to see this kernel working on Nougat first, as it's the smoothest android for mi4c at this date. Maybe with the official kernel released we can improve nougat even more. The only feature I really miss is the undervolt ability.

Why nougat?

HateKernel works on Nougat too. Both MiUi and custom ROM. Unfortunately, under MiUi, WiFi isn't working probably because conflicting driver. Maybe I'll build both version soon.

Security patch not up to date? Just use officiale LOS, is the smoothest rom for this device and is patched with 5 june security patch.

Wich version should I flash? 3.2 won't even reach bootanimation on two different mi4c. Could it be magisk related?

Yes, except that rom. But, we will never get update anymore from LOS sooner or later because last LOS 14.1 update has no changelog for libra...
Hope we will get official LOS 15.1 in future...

I put 3.4 on the official LOS 14.1 (update kernel from v. 1.5)
in the ex kernel appeared tab "voltage"
10min - random reboot in play market
testing further..

upd: video recording not working again (same as v.1.5) -can't start video recording

when i make libra-n-oss kernel in Ubuntu ，i found that was many error....（tspdrv..and..not found to done .dtb）maybe i use space instead of tab..
but that a good news you can develop new hatekernel

qcom_cpufreq.c can set up custom driver and make the random freqcy work...maybe I should learn c code....

Video still won't record even after restoring to stock boot image, reflashing through Mi Flash doesn't seem to fix the problem too (I tried to flash both MIUI 9 & 10 and the camera still won't record any videos)
Flashing to any OREO ROM fixed the problem but returning to N-based ROM still gave Video Recording error even on stock kernel
IDK whether is this my device problem or not

PS : About Random Reboot, it doesn't happen on my device even when I do some extreme usage like gaming or browsing a heavy website

Do anyone know an Oreo ROM that have a good battery duration? I've already tried RR, LOS, AICP, CrDroid (with all versions of stable hate kernel and the 1.5b) and I'm always getting aroud 3h of SOT (screen on time). In my opinion, a decent SOT would be at least 4h.
I really like Oreo and I wouldn't like to go back to Nougat (LOS 14.1), but I'm not seeing another way to solve the battery problem.
I'd aprecciate if someone could help me.

No Oreo rom is just as good or better then Nougat IMO. I decided to stay on this crDroid for now.

I don't use hateKernel, stock is ok, I've had no problems with it. I can go with one charge from one day to the next and still have some 20-30% left, battery consumption overnight is like 3-4%. I also don't use gapps but I stream music 2-3 hours a day. The crDroid I recommended gave new life to my phone, literally and I found it on 4pda where it got no attention since everyone is crazed with Oreo.

Yup, I can conformed that. Mine is using AEX N and after using ver 3.4 and I'm activated portrait mode, cant recording a video either with another apps to use recording video. Just quick question. Is in the backwards version video recording works?

According to my last test, it is not working too.
But, I had sold my Mi4c so I can't give you the real answer to your question.
