Does the kexec hardboot patch work?? It didn't work for me on CM 13 builds of kernel..

• I had to remove MSM_Performance cause it made too much troubles cause userspace sends max core commands to it and that ends in laggy cam or other low perfoming apps.

this is confirmed: Android 5.1.1 , oxygen 2.1.1

after upgrading to Ox 2.2.1 camera issue is solved with this kernel.
