Dear folks, today I'm presenting my very own custom-kernel for the Galaxy A5 and A7 2017!
This kernel provides many features and changes for everyone!.



NOTE
This kernel is only for lineage(-based) and AOSP-based ROMs! Using it on non-AOSP ROMs (e.g. Stock-ROMs) will NOT work!
To change settings, it's recommended to use HkTweaks by @corsicanu because it is made especially for 7880 devices. Other apps like kernel adiutor or Mtweaks do work too, but some settings may not be available.

Compatibility
This kernel is compatible to all variations of A5 2017 and A7 2017.
Only A520F is tested as I have this device.

Installation

• Make sure to have the latest version of TWRP, Orangefox or SHRP installed
• Boot to TWRP
• Make a backup of your current boot partition (in case something goes wrong)
• Flash the installer zip
• Optionally, flash magisk or any other mod right after.
• Reboot

so im trying my luck at getting DTS installed myself but for some reason "git clone" wont copy a whole crapload of files that are needed from your source. is there something im doing wrong?

Here's a couple of fixes for audio-related bugs people have had on aosp, try these and see if it helps at all:

Try powering off and back on again (not using restart option)
Try disabling microphone permission for the google app

This kernel is for aosp only, it won't work on riseq
