Hello, what do I have to do to send you a record, in this kernel the mobile heats up more (touch sensitive) than with the stock kernel, as does the wi-fi signal.

---------- Post added at 04:23 AM ---------- Previous post was at 04:22 AM ----------

I use the device only to work Post and photo apps, not for Games

Your issue is not kernel related

This phone uses a loadable kernel module for the wifi. I use the stock wifi module, because I don't want to overwrite the stock module, and also because these modules often contain proprietary code and sometimes work better than if I try to build it. So, unfortunately, I won't be able to help you. But, I would recommend talking to @Freak07 who builds the Kirisakura kernel, which I think includes the wifi driver in the kernel.

@flar2 I can confirm the Wi-Fi module does not work on Pixel 3 Verizon August factory image.

Code:

@flar2

It seems the TTL target is again missing on iptables using the command cat /proc/net/ip_tables_targets in a root terminal. Using the latest kernel on 11.

I recently updated mt elementalx kernel to version 3.14 through the app, but it appears to make the camera not work with any application.
For now i've downgraded back to 3.06 and the camera works fine. Does anybody know why it's happening or is it just a bug that's gotta be fixed?

Read the thread and make sure it's compatible with your update (such as March if that is what you're on).

I flashed Android 12 B4 on my Pixel 3 (Verizon Branded) and then installed EX Kernel Manager. When I access the dashboard it shows as if I have lineageos. I originally flashed lineageos to my phone, but I flashed Android 12 to both partition A and B after that. I do have lineage recovery though.

It also says there's an update for the ElementalX Kernel on my phone, but I never installed the ElementalX Kernel.

Am I misunderstanding something with what it's telling me?

Screenshots attached.

Side note: I see the P3-4.00 branch on GitHub, but the latest version on the forum is 3.xx for Android 11. Will ElementalX P3 4.xx work for Android 12 on the Pixel 3?

I am on PixelDust Android 11 and my CPU temp is stuck at 75C on the latest kernel.
Is this a bug?

EDIT: Just read above that Elemental doesnt support custom Roms, as I noticed Wifi was no longer working too.

    Update!!!

March security update, and K-Lapse support.

K-Lapse is a new color control driver that allows you to schedule night mode, or reduce brightness with optional schedule, or change color values with brightness. Very versatile and full of options. From @tanish2k09, more details: https://xdaforums.com/android/software-hacking/k-lapse-kernel-level-livedisplay-module-t3907031/

Latest EXKM adds K-Lapse support and the ability to flash recovery zips and Magisk modules, twrp, and even Magisk itself. I think the only limitation is you can't flash AROMA installer zips, and I doubt it would be viable to flash an entire ROM, as they are meant to be flashed in recovery.

Flash directly and control all options on this and other kernels with the latest EX Kernel Manager: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=flar2.exkernelmanager
