OK noticed this won't work on Jelly Cream so will upload a version that will
Give me a few minutes ill fix the kernel ina couple of minutes anyway due to the problem with zelly cream, so wifi will work then, if u cant get it nowInstalled v2, and rebooted like 5 or 6 times, but no effectwhat should do now, wifi wont turn on again?

Yes seems ok I have it enabled on all my older kernels. I saw this patch back last year but didnt realise my current source didnt have it untill I built for my PLAY.Hey.
How about this msm patch.
Qualcomm's Stephen Biggs disabled the cgroups because he said that it breaks a sheduling workaround in 7x30 devices dsp.

tanx buddy....How TWRP works
Open Terminal
su enter
sh lupus enter
Press (4) Reset Option
Press (6) and (3) all must be set as default (not default by CWM) only default!
Press (1) install TWRP and check it with (3) [*] Default recovery.choice=twrp < if you see this then you have twrp enable if not make the steps again if you see this option.
Quit the Terminal and Restart your Phone with the Power Button. Please make no restart in Terminal app with y=reboot it will not work!
