The N version has a stock speed gpu and the other one has an overclocked gpu, both can be used with apps of overclock the cpu.

The tun.no is for vpn's I believe

From TDR on a previous kernel release "The addons are for specific purposes - tun is for VPN tunneling and USB WWAN is for USB 3G data sticks. If you don't need such support, there's no need to flash them"

Running n - very nice

Running n right now. Very smooth and responsive. Also like the smooth transition from the Motor logo to the boot animation. Never really understood the explanation for the distortion. Now waiting for the next rom. You guys rock.

Probably not. I am running wifi without any. Don't need vpn, LAN, or different charging light. Runs great.

Hmm for some reason, homescreen screen to screen transition seems a little less fluid than Tiamat Tachi. It seems like the framerate has reduced slightly for my case.

I misread the first post so there was no need to worry about what program you use to over clock the CPU because it is the GPU that is overclocked. I tried it last night and so far it is very smooth and how the Xoom should of performed from the beginning. Great Job to Team Rogue!

I am having the same issue. Flashed it twice, no change in the light. The kernel itself works like a champ though!

may be it's because of rom u are using.

I'm same, stock - rooted. Its not a huge issue, just wasn't sure if there was something else I should have been doing.

Just to be safe... do I have to wipe before installing this if I'm coming from Tachi and a stock/rooted rom?

Disregard - installed just fine without any sort of wipe first.

And... HOLY CRAP!!! My Quadrant scores just skyrocketed! Nice work!!!

I just installed the non-N version, I did NOT install the charging light update, and the charging light is actually working fine for me while the Xoom is still powered on. Wasn't expecting that, but it's definitely working - even without that add-on.

I'm running a stock rom, version 3.2, WiFi only, US Xoom.
