Main Features :

- governors: conservative ondemand userspace powersave interactive performance
- ioschedulers: noop deadline sio cfq bfqv7
- misc perf tweaks: io_is_busy=1, ..
- init.d support

How to install :
- You need a computer with Odin working (Tested with V3.09)
- File from above.

- Unzip the file on the computer with odin ( you get a .tar.md5 file)
- Shutdown mobile
- Start mobile in odin mode (push together: volume down + home + power, when confirmation screen appears, push *vol up to confirm)
- Launch Odin
- Connect phone by USB (Odin will display *"Added", if it works and com port should be listed)
- In Odin options you only need Autoreboot checked
- Click on AP choose the *.tar.md5 unzipped previously
- Wait that odin checks the file (can take a few seconds and odin can freeze during that time, just wait)
- Click on Start
Odin will flash the image and reboot

DIfficult to know, this kernel is based onto the C115 sources.
So it depends if / how much the C111 sources are different from this one.

Will this still work with the new update?

I too love this phone and hope users will grow. Big thanks for developing this. I have the C115L, ("Galaxy Zoom2") straight from Korea. Any idea if this will root, or will there be problems if I try?

Difficult to know, but if it's similar it should work.
Might be worth a try.
At worse if it doesn't work / boot, you should mostly need to re-flash the original stock kernel made for the C115L.

Right now I only have access to a Mac (so no Odin), and I'm trying to flash your kernel using Heimdall, but I can't pick either the zip, or the tar.md5 to do anything with, do you have experience how to flash this kernel using heimdall?

"Triangle away" reset system to official but don't change count [emoji17] and if I try the OTA update, Samsung app reveal an unauthorized change of firmware [emoji19]

Auto root from Timduru works perfectly on Indian SM-C111....So i guess this will work too....Just an assumption 'coz i never tried flashing this kernel....!!!!
