Hi, flar2
Can you apply changes committed on February 11 in my repo to fix Wi-Fi tethering for stingray and umts_everest users?
Smartassv2 is the new favorite. Shortly after I posted the quote above, my Xoom froze and had to be rebooted. I think there is a bug in the interactive governor for the Xoom - haven't had success with this yet.So far the interactivex2 seems to be on top as far as user experience goes. Lagfree is good, but definitely stutters in game play. Overclocked to 1.5 with this governor is really snappy. Angry birds hasn't frozen up yet either on this governor.

I tested thumb drives formatted to fat32 and ntfs and both worked. I also tested hooking up a mouse and a gamepad, all working well. I was using My Android rom.USB OTG seems not working!!

My Android 4.2 use different mount point for USB storage from EOS 4. I have updated the device config so please sync with the device repo to make it work with all ROMs.I tested thumb drives formatted to fat32 and ntfs and both worked. I would like to test on EOS 4 this weekend. And when I have a chance, I'd like to get this kernel working on CM as well.
Any chance you can throw Stingray users a bone? Thanks all, I should have a chance to work on this over the weekend. I will add dreamcwli's latest changes.

Android 4.2 breaks some interfaces to communicate with kernel. To fix Bluetooth and Wi-Fi tethering we backported many changes from kernel 3.0 as we are still using kernel 2.6.39. I tried to keep whole commit history so you will see more commits for fixing Wi-Fi tethering than other developers. Porting kernel 3.x to Xoom can avoid things like that but it will be a great challenge.I'm still confused by the kernel situation on this device, there are a few different sources, all patched up in crazy ways.

Nope, same as before, 4G icon is grayed-out, never shows it trying to connect. Once I enable airplane mode and then disable it, the 4G signal icon never appears again.Try the new version: http://goo.gl/6W2DE
