how to edit /sys/devices/virtual/input/input1/wakeup_gesture permanenly to 1. On my root explorer, I can't edit its. after restart it back to 0.
With a startup script, basically.

Someone needs to make a barebones sysfs writer-on-boot root app, surprised one doesn't exist yet (I've looked a lot). If I had the time I'd make one, but I've been saying such things for a long time.... :(

Init.d doesn't work that well at all on newer Android versions. You can use something like script manager to create scripts and set them on boot.

Yeah Script Manager, that's the one I was thinking of (init.d is difficult to manage).

I am going to make this app I just mentioned, if Kernel Adiutor's plugin system can't handle it. Something akin to SysFS Explorer on play store, only with set-on-boot capabilities like Adiutor. Would be easier/quicker than manually writing scripts - just type/browse for path, enter desired value, and save - done, will apply on boot.

I would also try to do more for Zombie like I once said, but I'm on Kamarush's AOSP ROM now, you may have noticed (which is great). However, I am thinking of making a kernel for it (or make pull requests to his kernel, if he accept) based on some of your changes too.

I am unemployed at the moment so I have some time, hopefully :)

That would be awesome!

I really regret that i gave away my Z tho, now that i am better at C i'd have had some more plans like writing my own rgb/gamma control and more.

Hopefully i can get my hands on the Z somewhen to realize this.

Eh, you shouldn't regret it - truth is I wouldn't [emoji14] if I could afford a new device I'd be gone in an instant, at least you're sticking around!

I don't know why but i'm in love with the Z. Altough the Z5C is not that bad at all, actually i really like it :D
I had a similar feeling about the X10, as it was Sony's first Android flagship and difficult to let go of (even though it was horribly dated long before I finally let it go). The Z was similarly the initial flagship of the Xperia 2013 series. Don't ask me to explain the feeling though, but I do feel it :p Maybe it's some kind of respect or historical significance, both the devices are somewhat of an archetype.

I didn't feel the same for the Xperia Play. I liked it sure, but I could easily let go of it.

@Tommy-Geenexus
Ordered an aluminium Devilcase bumper last week (the graphite one) and just ordered my Z5. It's gonna be the black one, as I was in a store last week to check it out and I saw it isn't that black at all.
I think it's more anthracite or graphite "black" and I decided that the nice green colour may get me bored after some time.
It will most likely arrive tomorrow. Just letting u know.

Nice. Good to hear. I got anthracite too, it looks pretty nice plus no visible fingerprints.
If you decide to unlock the bl, drop me a message and i'll send you a test kernel.

I'll do, but I think I won't unlock it for a while.
[Edit] @Tommy-Geenexus I really love the color now, it matches perfectly with the bumper.

I used this kernel zombie b22 but every im play game online, my gadget off in 15s without warning anything. Any solution?
That's probably a thermal shutdown. Try configuring msm thermal. If you are playing coc you are out of luck unless you manually downclock to very low speeds.
