Will this mod work with speedmod kernel ... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2158329 ?? Or more importantly, is this worth flashing if it does work??

Standard Disclaimer: Flash at your own risk. Myself nor XDA is responsible for any damage this thing cause you.

GENERAL WARNING: Do NOT I repeat DO NOT use ANY other tweaks with this package. There are only two approved scripts that are compatible with this, Seeder Entropy and Cross breeder. If you choose to do so after reading this you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you ask bout other tweaks in my thread YOU WILL BE IGNORED.

So its not there fault if something bad will happen to ur phone :)
You can always make a backup via recovery and than try flashing it
when f*cked up restore the firmware back

Your choice :)

With your kernel, i've problem to use the external sd. my 64gb microsd sandisk got problem. it doesn't work. Always unloaded. Try to mount, but after a second, unmount.

Only with your kernel. thanks man!!

Your 64GB micro sd is probably formatted using exfat. This kernel doesn't support exfat. You can use your 64GB sd card if it is formatted using fat32.

    Hi guys,

This is the SpeedMod kernel for the Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300.
This kernel is for Samsung Android Jelly Bean ROMs only.

    SpeedMod's core features are:
    - Super stable: No undervolting, overclocking or potentially unstable modifications
    - Fast and smooth: Compiler and code optimizations
    - Excellent battery life: Remove unecessary logging and debugging

    Current features:

    Root:
    - Automatically installs root (SuperUser and su) but can be disabled

    Screen and misc tweaks:
    - Auto-brightness increased slightly (in low-to-mid light)
    - MDNIE screen sharpness and color tuning (improves text readability)
    - init.d, TUN, CIFS, IPV6 Privacy support
    - Fixed freeze on FC problem with Samsung ICS & JB ROMs

    Performance:
    - CPU governor tweaks: increase responsiveness
    - IO tweaks
    - Read ahead tweaks
    - Compiled with optimizations using CodeSourcery GCC toolchain
    - Optimized GPU DVFS
    - ARM CPU topology support
    - SCHED_MC multi-core aware scheduler

Turned off unnecessary logging for better smoothness and efficiency:
    - Disabled Android Debug Logger / logcat
    - Disabled Samsung debug
    - Disabled various kernel debugging, statistics and tracing options

Instructions on how to enable logcat and disable auto-root are in the 3rd post (below).

I'm still here guys. Still using the S3 as my main phone. Just been busy with work and nothing really to update. Maybe when 4.2 roms and sources are out.
