Kernel stopped working

My moto g 2015 osprey kernel stopped working and i cant use adb what to do now
Please help me asap

How did you know if the kernel broke? Is the device stuck at bootlogo? Is the device bootlooping?

Can you access bootloader mode (power+volume down)? And, is it unlocked?

We need more information to suggest something.
