Is there some code that locks frequency settings?
Because i cannot put lower frequencies to CPU default values, they reset instantly to higher values.
And i cannot lower well the higher frequency to desired values.
If such code is there - can you please disable frequency locking(for those who would prefer your frequencies they will still have them by default but those who need to lower some can still do it)?
What is the use of lowering speeds? Some apps(mostly games) are badly optimized and will eat as much power as they can. If we keep setting high we will have lot of heat and lot of battery drain.

This is only kernel and not a ROM. Be sure to flash a ROM first and then the kernel to boot into system. Or otherwise don't come yelling that it didn't booted...:p We are good in helping only if you're good at reading and explaining, if not then please don't flash this.
