I believe that root is already there. You can try to install superuser from Gplay and use some applications that requires root. Let me know if it is working. Cheers!

I've followed your advice. Indeed, kernel it's rooted. I've installed a stock 9.1.B.0.411.ftf for Xperia TX by flashtool, (without stock kernel), after that
your TWRP kernel and super su, and now everything works well on my LT29i rooted!! Thanks once again!

TWRP 2.5.0.0 seems to have fixed all of these.

I will try to do it with CWM 6.03 later on. Cheers.

Hi Forest. any news on implementing cmw to this kernel? i prefer cmw over twrp.
hed dead touchscreen driver last week and twpr was no use since it need
s touchscreen to work.

I can see you need a kernel with CWM now. So I have made a CWM version of the kernel (link in the first post). Unfortunately right now I cannot make 6.03 working and cannot make the combined version. So you have to choose one of them twrp or cwm and flash the other kernel when need to change.

Let me know if cwm version work well. Cheers.
