Can i install this kernel on twrp 3.2.3-0 which i assume doesnt havent f2fs? or do i need to update to twrp with f2fs?
Yes you can
the TWRP f2fs is only mandatory when you want to switch to F2FS.. other than that.. you can use any TWRP versions

im pretty sure my rom is the problem but what can i do with your kernel if i want to lower temp? i mean can i change gpu from being overclocked? i love your kernel but honestly i just flashed endurance now to test temp.yes

Use mTweaks or EXKM to limit to stock frequencies easily
either CPU or GPU or even both

Simple LMK is implemented! We are the first kernel in the history of Note9 to have Simple LMK... lol even S9 !
All other kernel developers couldn't implement Simple LMK.. and they failed.. miserably too so.. THEBOSS-Zeus kernel coming for rescue and shed the light on Note9 users we did F2FS first kernel compatible in the history of Note9.. and guess what?! we did it again with Simple LMK on Note9
Anyway.. lets stop here.. and get directly to the kernel stuff
This kernel is at beta stage due to Simple LMK and due to new feature (Simple LMK) is added but it boots.. and it works.. wonderfully too!

At the moment this kernel has the best f2fs support for oreo.
