just wondering if the kernel supports stock permissive kernel ramdisk? installed on AEX 5.8 with modified stock kernel (androidboot.selinux=permissive via cmdline) but on boot goes direct to bootloader menu. if stock kernel is enforcing, then boots as normal

I read through all 26 pages and I am ready to flash this kernel. I'm not use to flashing kernels, only ROMS.
I am running Oxygen OS 5.0.6 and have TWRP installed.
My current kernel is 3.18.66-pref+

Can I just dirty flash this kernel in TWRP?
How can i revert back to stock kernel?

You can just flash the kernel in twrp if you are currently using the one included in the rom.
To go back you have to dirty flash the rom again are flash the boot.img extracted from the rom.
If you want to try another costum kernel after "flashkernel" you also need to do previous step
