Hey guys!
I'm sorry, I've had some personal problems.... and sincerely I still have a lot of them...
....Anyway, remember the HUGE stability patch?
That will require A LOT of time, I've undervalued the situation (and yeah, that's an error that shouldn't be done) and from what I've seen, it's still too much early to build something like that. We'll proceed on a constant-mixed-updates basis, probably.
Surely, having a way to open an UART and see the early printk would speed this up of like ~900%, but we don't have that for now and unfortunately I have to develop with what we have. (Ehm, nope, the last_kmsg isn't of any help to me while developing that patch)
What I promised some days ago was to re-stabilize the video drivers... and that's something that I've probably done now (needs some testing, but I'm almost sure it's solved) and well, yeah, I'm about to release a new version with also other changes. Like always, you'll see the changes into the changelog as soon as it will be available (I think I should be done with it in a couple of hours, but I can't promise you all that I'll release it today and not tomorrow).
@danyshotbang
The calculation of the "final" RAM frequency is (stated_frequency * 2) ... so, 533*2=1066MHz --- 667*2=1334MHz (1300).
See you soon!
EDIT - 10:30PM:
I've seen that apart the main update I was doing on the huge patch, a lot of the other commits I did on the kernel can be applied and they're working just fine. Let's delay the release to tomorrow: that will be A LOT better!
P.S.: I also have to download and install Visual Studio on my laptop for releasing it with the auto-repacker... and it's a bit late right now!
EDIT - 23/07 16.30
New version released!
