Oh, now I get it...You wanted to know where is the temporary newboot.img stored on sdcard during the kernel flashing process in recovery (when the existing ROM kernel is repacked). I remember I posted some instructions based on some tutorial you've specified some time ago...how to flash your kernel even if S-On and take that temporary newboot.img to flash it in fastboot afterwards. But I posted for somebody else, I never done that since I never needed to.ah sorry i thought was you and i was wrong (the zip extract the boot.img, switch zImage and repack it creating a "newBoot.img" than flash it)
I was searching for that post since I remembered about it but I couldn't find it. Now I'm wondering if I was posting here or in another kernel thread....I'll keep looking
