dumb question

What's the best way to flash the updated TWRP and kernel? I can't flash .zip with Odin correct? And I can't flash the updated TWRP .zip via recovery right? The kernel can be flashed via recovery?

So I flashed the new TWRP and AOSP KT kernel. Both seem to be running great.

Question - I had been on TW roms for a long time prior to installing Pac Rom. When I went to TWRP (to flash your new TWRP), it was crazy buggy. Most touch responses were off...bad. Is this because of the AOSP rom and kernel? I had to flash the new TWRP in Flashify. I was able to flash the kernel in your new TWRP which functions correctly.

Will I need to flash a new TWRP every time I switch from AOSP to TW?

This is a know issue with TWRP 2.8.0.0, you need to update to 2.8.0.1 http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/klte

Looks like the guy above has heard of that. I have never heard of that problem and never seen it on my own phone and have been running twrp since the day I bought it. Very weird.

Sent from my SM-G900V using XDA Premium 4 mobile app

I had never heard of it either. A newer version seems to work better.

Change Log 10.20.2014
1. Linux 3.4.104
2. Ramdisk tweaks for universal compatibility
wheatley governor is mentioned in the OP, but I installed the new kernel and do not have that available. I checked uname -a to make sure I actually flashed the right kernel, and it's dated Oct 20, 17:24:17. Is it AOSP-only?

Turned out that the governor did not want to cooperate with Linux 3.4, only 3.0 or older so I did not waste my time porting it.
